1. Enter END DATE of current position

Login into My Heartist Portal as an employee >> Click on the View Profile tab


Click on the Edit Pencil icon 


Click on Checkmark for “I know the end date of this position” >> Enter “TO DATE” >> Enter all the current position details and click on Update

*Note: Access will be revoked only after 48 hours from the end date of the current position.



You can see your past position details.


2. Self-registration by invitation link from GM/Admin/Manager


Please ask GM/Admin/Manager to share the invite link of the new hotel by following this FAQ.

Once you receive the invite link, kindly follow the below steps to self-register:


Open a New Incognito Window and Paste the invite link >> Click on Create my INES account


Check and select your new Hotel/Organization entity >> Click on Next


Enter an Email address:
*Note: If you already remember your associated ACCOR account (@accor.com, @myaccor.com, @myfairmont.com, @movenpick.com) then enter the same. 

Otherwise, please use your personal email address.


Click on Next 
*Note: If you use your personal email then the system will automatically show your ACCOR associated ID.



Enter Password >> Click on Sign In
*Note: If you forgot your password, follow this FAQ.



Click on Yes



Click on Proceed


IMPORTANT STEP: Click on “I Confirm my Consent” to transfer all data from the old entity to the new entity.



Enter Identity details >> Enter New Job details >> Enter Start Date >> Enter Manager details.



Your account will be created successfully, Click on Proceed.



Now an employee can see their Old Entity and New Entity details with their respective Positions.
