Invitation links enable employees to register in INES.
It is mandatory to register to be able to use INES.
Links have to be sent with the "Invite My Collegues" functionnality.
To send invitation links you can process like the following:
1) On INES's home page (https://ines-accor.com), click on "Invite My Colleagues":
2) On the page where you are redirected, you can click on "Generate an invitation link":
/!\ Be careful it is the right location. You can select only the location where you work yourself except if you are an INES Admin. Then you will be able to choose a location among all the entities you administer/!\
3) You can then click on "Copy the link" and send it to your colleague through an email, a WhatsApp message etc... :
