As a Manager, you can access the Learning and Development platform through the 'My Learning' menu available on the right panel of the My Heartist Portal by clicking on 'My Team'.
As a Learning Specialist (hotel) or Learning Admin (Academy) you can access the Learning and Development platform through the 'My Learning' menu available on the right panel of the My Heartist Portal by clicking on 'Learning (Administrator tools)'.
Prerequisite:
Your General Manager or INES administrator will validate you as Employee and possibly give you Manager or Learning Specialist / Admin access rights. Once done, a short delay is to be expected. Trying to connect in the interval will show a blue error page 'Cannot authenticate the user account'.
