INES has experienced an unusual high level of requests in the latest days. This resulted in unexpected delays in updating user accounts once validated by their management. 
Please allow up to half of day for the system to be fully updated.



For all employees :

Once a new or updated Accor position has been validated in the My Heartist Portal, it can take up to one hour to reflect in all INES modules (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development).



For specific T&C roles

Once a user has been nominated in a T&C role by their General Manager or INES administrator, and depending on their previous situation, it can take up to one hour to process the provisioning of rights in all INES modules.
