Your evaluation must be performed after your final 'Regular Checkpoint' with your Employee. You will need to evaluate his/her Technical Skills, Leadership Capability Framework, his/her Goals and his/her Personal Development Plan. All these evaluation topics are gathered within the employee's Performance Document in the Talent Management Platform.

1) Log into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on the Performance tab under My Team Performance Evaluation
2) Select an employee by clicking on the Employee's name:
3) choose the form you need to review by clicking on it:
3) Manager can see Employee's input. The evaluation topics are assessed similarly to the employee's self evaluation:
/!\ Manager cannot click on “Submit” if Employee Self Evaluation is still in progress. He/she must wait for the employee’s submission or bypass the self evaluation. /!\
