Your self-evaluation must be perform after your finale 'Regular Checkpoint' with your Manager. You will need to evaluate your Technical Skills, Leadership Capability Framework, your Goals and your Personal Development Plan.
You need to evaluate yourself from your Performance Document in the Talent Performance Platform.
The Guided Learning can guide you through the tool:
1- Connect to the Talent Management Platform:
2- Click 'Guide Me'
3- Click 'TM - Employee'
4- Click 'How to perform my self-evaluation'
Please find below a quick step by step with screenshots if needed:
1) Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on My Performance tab under My Performance Evaluation
2) Select correct Review Period
3) You can select the form you need to review:
4a) You can enter into each section by clicking on the section name:
4b) Or directly click on "Evaluate" in the form:
5) Once in the section, you can click on "Evaluate":
6) You can enter comments and ratings. Once finished, click on "Save and Close" and do the same on all sections:
