As an Employee, you can access to the Talent Management platform via the 'My Performance Evaluation' menu available on the right panel of the Heartist Portal. 




As a Manager, you can access the Talent Management platform via the 'My Team Performance Evaluation' menu available on the right panel of the Heartist Portal .




As a Talent Management Specialist, you can access The Talent Management Platform via the "My Actions as T&C" menu on the right panel of the Heartist Portal. 



Prerequisites:

  1. You should have been validated as an Accor Employee by your General Manager, INES administrator, or a Senior Leader of your organization.  
  2. Your Organisation/Hotel should have subscribe to the Talent Management Services. 

Please note that, a short delay is to be expected after your profile is validated, role is granted before you can actually access the application. Trying to connect in the interval will show a blue error page 'Cannot authenticate the user account'.
