How to manually initiate employee’s evaluation for Shape Your Future by manager?

Please follow the below step-by-step to manually initiate employee evaluation:

Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on Evaluate my direct reportees tab under Shape Your Future.

Click on My Evaluation tab >> Search and Select your direct reportees >> click on Evaluate Reportees tab

Choose single job/multiple job >> Click on Submit.
