Shape Your Future is meant for Managers to evaluate users with a job flagged as Future Leaders, as per the INES job architecture. There is no possibility to evaluate an employee that is not a Future Leader.
I have a validated profile in INES as an Emerging/Professional/Executive/Visionary Leader, but my Manager is not able to find in the Shape Your Future Evaluation Feature
