but the only manager can decide whether the new/updated performance goals should be integrated in the performance document.

Annual objectives

The only managers can add goals to the performance document.

Goals suggested by the employees 

Employees can suggest goals updates / new goals all year long. 

Once the performance goals being validated by the manager then the manager can decide to add it to the performance document. goals 



This action will add the goals validated by the manager.

Goals added in the performance documents will also flow in the goal section. 



Personal development plan 

Both manager and employees can update the Personal development Plan all year long.  

Goals added in the performance documents will also flow in the Career Development section.
