To access to Services that are enabled for your entity, please ensure to : 

  • Have your position validated in the My Heartist Portal by your manager or your T&C Representative : if your position is in "pending" status, you cannot have access to the My Heartist Portal  services.
  • Verify if your entity is eligible to this service : please refer to your T&C Representative.
  • Verify if your role is eligible to this service : please refer to your T&C Representative.

Once all the above are done and that you still don't have access to a Service while you think you should, please open a Support Ticket so we can investigate appropriately.
