This question can refer to 2 different use cases.
1. The employee is still active in INES but doesn't work anymore in my entity
2. The employee left Accor and is deactivated in INES
1. The employee is still active in INES
As a GM or INES Admin or Manager, you can still view in My Employees' Positions table (Verified Positions tab) the past positions of the employees who worked in your entity/in your team, as long as these employees are still working for an Accor entity.
2. The employee left Accor and is deactivated in INES
When an employee has a validated end date to his current position, that this date is reached and that there is no new position after, then his account is deactivated.
/!\ Be careful, if there is no end date to the position, the employee profile remains active even if the employee effectively doesn't work anymore for Accor.
Once his account is deactivated, the employee cannot access anymore to INES. However, his profile remains visible to any users for one month after he left. After that month, you cannot view his profile anymore but in case this employee gave a feedback for development to you you can still view this feedback.
