and set your password according to the rules in Accor policy


For FRS users with '@myfairmont.com' logins, a self-service for password reset exists :
https://password.myfrhi.com/ (only available on Accor internal network)


Kindly note that the password cannot be reset through the Microsoft password reset portal available through the link "Forgot my password".


For all other types of Employee Access please contact your local IT support.


Remember that access to all INES modules (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, etc.) is done through the My Heartist Portal.
