For a better user experience, it is recommended to use the following browers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari
You should use them in "Incognito Mode"
To open Incognito Mode, you can follow the instructions given below, based on the browser you use for accessing INES.
1. If you are using Google Chrome, to access INES:
i) Open the Google Chrome browser by clicking the Icon from Start Menu or Desktop shortcut
ii) Click on the Customize and Control Google Chrome button found in the top right corner of the browser window and click on "New incognito window"
iii) You can open Incognito window by using the keyboard shortcut : Ctrl + Shift + N while keeping Google Chrome open.
2. If you are using Mozilla Firefox to access INES:
i) Open the Mozilla Firefox browser by clicking the Icon from Start Menu or Desktop shortcut.
ii) Click on the burger menu at the top right and then select "New Private Window".
iii) You can also open Incognito window by using the keyboard shortcut : Ctrl + Shift + P while keeping Mozilla Firefox open.
