Connect to My Heartist Portal tool as a General Manager.
As a General Manager, you can manage and assign roles to everyone in your hotel or in your entity.
A Recruiter can manage the recruiting process from A to Z, he can create job requisition, he can be assigned to job requisition, he can publish job requisition.
To define a recruiter for your hotel/entity, first you need to
1) Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on your Hotel name under “My Admin Actions” >> “My HOTEL(S)/ORGANIZATION(S)”.
You have to define your scope by choosing
2) INES Administrator who has the same role as the GM and act as a back up, he can manage users accesses, data and set up services for the hotel.
3) The Executive of your organization in order to manage your perimeter.
4) The Scope management which allow you to define your T&C Scope Global and who can see your executive or not, as below.
5) After that go to the "Available Services" section to see which services your hotel has. Next to Talent Acquisition - SmartRecruiters click on "Manage services" in order to add or delete a recruiter.
6) In the manage role page you will be able to nominate a T&C Recruiter from your organization's roster of people:
7) You can add a recruiter by typing his name or select from the drop-down list
8) You can delete one by clicking on the cross next to his name as below.
The employee choose as a recruiter will be able to manage all the recruiting process.
There is a 30-minute latency time for access to the service for the employee.
