There are two ways to perform a search in the organization chart : either by searching in your organization chart or by searching directly for the person you are looking for.
1. Search directly:
1.1 Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on Learning under My Learning
1.2 Click on Home button.
1.3 Search and select any employee directly.
2. Search by Organization Chart:
2.1 Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on Learning under My Learning
2.2 Click on Home button.
2.3 Click on Directory.
2.4 Search and select any employee.
