The completion of the checkpoint in the system follows or supports a live conversation between the Manager and the Employee, who agreed to cover some of the skills and competencies and goals that they have observed and they agreed to evaluate during the checkpoint.
Both Manager and Employee complete the checkpoint section live in INES during their conversation or after, at the same time, or separately.
