Currently, the overall performance rating was on a scale of five or four, depending on the brand. Is it being revised to a scale of four for all brands?

When launching INES, we had to hamonize Performance, Skills and Competencies ratings, since we had very different rating scales in between brands within Accor.

We now have a common rating scale for the Overall Performance Rating, for the skills and competencies proficiency, and for the goals achievement. All of those harmonize rating scales are available in detail in the Performance Management Knowledge Plateform.
