For instance, if you are working in a hotel where the engagement survey goal would be to achieve 80% Employee's engagement, you need to add a measurement to this goal ; the measurement would be a percentage and the value of the mesure of the target would be eighty. The benefit of adding measurement is to be more accurate and refined when you do your goal setting.
