The Personal Development Plan can be reviewed and updated during the year. That is where the Personal Development Plan becomes dynamic: it is accessible for both the Employee and the Manager at anytime during the Performance cycle and so you can update the development activities that have been done, since the initialization of the Performance Document.
Follow below step by steps to access Development Goals:
Login into My Heartist portal >> Click on Career and Development under My Performance Evaluation
Click on the Career Development section
Here you can see “Active Goals” & “Inactive Goals” from the development plan >> Click on +Add button to add development goals.
Fill all the basic info of development goals >> Click on “Save and Close” button.
To set your development goal as "INACTIVE", Click on the goal name.
Click on the Edit button >> Uncheck the tick box “Active Goal” >> Click on Save.
Now you can see that goals will be available under “Inactive Goals” dropdown list.
