If a wrong Performance document has been chosen, the Talent Management specialist can cancel and then delete it. The manager will then be able to reinitialise the right one.
In a case of mobility or job change, the tool allows to assign a new Performance Document for a new job with a new Manager in addition to the existing one.
In that case, it is important to edit the end date of the curent performance document. Then a new performance document can be created with a start date that is right after the end date of the other performance document.
For example:
- Performance Document for Job 1: Start Date 01/01/2020 & End Date 26/06/2020
- Performance Document for Job 2: Start Date 27/06/2020 & End Date 31/12/2020
