Employee or Manager need to evaluate each Competency, Skill, Goal in the Performance Document during the Regular Checkpoint and during the evaluation. If they want to use 'Calculated Rating' they will need to rate each Skills, Competecny and Goal individually. If not, they will not, the 'Calculated Rating' is not accurate.
