You can add Goals from the 'Goals' section in the Talent Performance Platform. 

When you add new goals, your Manager is notified of submission and he/she will need to validate your changes.


The Guided Learning can guide you through the tool: 

1- Connect to the Talent Performance Platform

2- Click 'Guide Me'

3- Click 'TM - Employee'

4- Click 'How to set my Goals? '


Please find below a step by step on how to add a Performance Goal in the Goal section:


1) Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on Set My Goals under My Performance Evaluation



2) Click on "Add" to create a new goal:



3) Fill in the required information (Only the Goal Name & Start Date are mandatory):

4) Once finished, click on "Save and Close" to save goals details:




5) When all needed goals have been added, you can click on "Submit":
6) Goal section will no longer be updatable until it gets approved by your Manager:



Note: If the 'Goals' section is not available when you access 'Career and Performance section', it may be because your Entity might have subscribed for the package "Talent Management for Professional Leaders and Above".
