The Technical Skills gather all the knowledge and know-how which are required to perform specific job related tasks.
As part of the annual review process, the Manager can choose to include the evaluation of technical skills in the Performance Document but the ratings of the technical skills will not be considered in the Overall Performance Rating. Technical Skills assessment are for development purposes only.
