To submit your Employee's Performance Document, you need to go in their Performance Document and click 'Submit'. 


At the end of the year, you need to submit your Employee's Performance Document in order to realize the Annual Wrap-Up. 

It is the final step of the annual Performance Review cycle:

- Review the Regular Checkpoints content 

- Finalize LCF competencies & skills evaluation 

- Complete the goals achievement

- Finalize the Personal Development Plan for the coming year

- Review the rating of the goals and the Overall Performance Rating. 


Please share your evaluation with the employee before submitting as the next step will be employee acknowledgment and feedback. 




1) Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on Performance tab under My Team Performance Evaluation

2) Click on the required document name for the employee you would like to review:


3) If you are sure that everything has been well filled, you can click on "Submit":
