Once you have filled your Employee's Performance Document, you can share it with your Employee at  anytime so that the employee can see all changes performed in the document. You only need to click 'Share' in the Performance Document section in the Talent Management Plateform. 

During the year, the Performance Document is the support for the Regular Checkpoint. It is a short face-to-face conversation between the Manager and their team member to provide and discuss feedback on current performance. These conversations are recorded within the Performance Document ‘on the go’, and contribute towards the Yearly Wrap-Up discussion. Based on feedback received, team members can discuss and clarify further, and update their development plan if needed. Checkpoints should be planned on a regular basis.

You can share it as many time as you want with your Employee.
