To set the Personal Development Plan (PDP) you need to go in the career development section of the Employee for whom you wish to set the PDP.
The Personal Development Plan summarizes the competencies identified for development, with a desired outcome. The competencies identified should be no more than 3 per year. It should be the competency(s) that will have the greatest impact on their proficiency in their current role, or competency to develop in anticipation for future role.
Each competency may have from one to three development activity areas. You can adjust the Personal Development Plan online at anytime, following a Regular Checkpoint.

Please find below a step by step on how to set an employee's Development Plan:
Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on Set Goals for My Team under My Team Performance Evaluation.
Click on Home button
Click on My Team Tab >> Click on Career Overview tab
Select the employee for whom you would like to add a Development Goal Development Goal by clicking on his/her name:
Click on "Add" to create a new goal:
Fill the required information:
Please do not forget to save and close once finished if you do not want to lose your modifications !
