As an employee:
The employees can only suggest news goals, suggest update on existing goals: the manager has to validate every suggestion made by the employee and has the final word in terms of goal definition.
As an employee, Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on Set My Goals under My Performance Evaluation.
You can then add / update as many goals as required by clicking on add button or on the title of an existing goals (2) and update/specify the goal detail (3).
As a manager for my Team
Manager can set goals for their direct reports. Employee will not be promoted to validate the goal but notified.
- Set goals for employee:
As a Manager, Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on Set Goals for My Team under My Team Performance Evaluation.
Search & Click on Employee Name (2)
You will then access a page listed all goals of the employee. This page allow to validate goals suggested by the employee (3) or add new / update goals:
- Set shared goals:
As a Manager, Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on Set Goals for My Team under My Team Performance Evaluation.
Click on Home button
Click on My Team Tab >> Click on Performance Overview Tab
Select the employees and click on Add Performance Goal
When discussing and setting these goals, ensure every goal is defined according to the S.M.A.R.T. goal approach.
