To review LCF competencies and Technical Skills you need to go in the Performance Document of the Employee of who you want to review competencies and skills in the Talent Management Platform.
Login into INES/My Heartist portal as a manager >> Click on Performance under My Team Performance Evaluation
Select the correct Review Period >> Click on the name of the Employee for whom you want to review skills and competencies
Click on the name of the Performance Document you wish to review
Here, you can review the Technical Skills, LCF Competencies on which the Employee will be evaluated for the Performance Review.
