To manage your Team's Career Development, you need to go in the 'Career Development' section in the Talent Management Platform. You can see your employee's career statement and his/her development goals.
To manage your Team's Career Development you need to:
1- Connect to the Talent Management Plateform
2- Click 'Guide Me'
3- Click 'TM - Managers'
4- Click 'How to manage my Team's Career Development?'
The Guided Learning will guide you through the process
Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on Performance under My Team Performance Evaluation
Click on Employee name
Click on Show More
Click on Career Development
Click on Add button.
Here you can add / update / remove the Development Plan for your teammate.
