To manage your professional information you need to go in the dedicated section in Talent Management Plateform to enter your Career Preferences and your Work Preferences. You can do it at any time in the year.
Case 1: To add “Career Preference”:-
Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on My Development Plan under My Performance Evaluation.
Click on the pencil icon
Here you can add “Career Preferences”.
Case 2: To add “Work Preference”:-
Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on Skills & Qualifications under My Performance Evaluation
Click on pencil icon
Here you can add "Work Preferences"
