Personal Development Plan (PDP)  summarizes the competencies identified for development, with a desired outcome.


It is composed for each Competency to develop of Development Activities, based on the most efficient ways of learning: 

  • Experience: 70% of learning is experimental through day-to-day tasks, challenges and practices,
  • Relationships: 20% of learning comes from social exposure through learning from others.

  • Training: 10% of learning comes from formal education as structured courses and programs.
