There are two ways to perform a search in the organization chart : either by searching in your organization chart or by searching directly for the person you are looking for.
To perform a search in the organization chart you need to:
1- Connect to the Talent Management Platform
2- Click 'Guide Me'
3- Click 'TM - Employee'
4- Click 'How to perform a search in the organization chart?'
The Guided Learning will guide you through the process
1. Search directly:
1.1 Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on Set My Goals under My Performance Evaluation
1.2 Click on Home button.
1.3 Search and select any employee directly.
2. Search by Organization Chart:
2.1 Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on Set My Goals under My Performance Evaluation
2.2 Click on Home button.
2.3 Click on Directory.
2.4 Search and select any employee.
