The Invitation link can be sent to anyone who is joining your hotel/property as per the system design.
If you are working in property/hotel A, you can send an invite link to a person who is ready to join your property/hotel A.
If you are administrating as the GM or as the Ines Admin more than one entity, please be careful to select first the relevant property that the employee is joining.
You can then send the invitation link according to the newcommer (as per screenshot below).
Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on “Invite My Colleagues” tab.
(1) Select relevant property that the employee is joining >> (2) Click on Generate an invitation link >> (3) Click on Copy the link and share with the users.
