Problem/Issue statement with example:
Login as a General Manager/INES Administrator into My Heartist Portal >> Click on your Hotel Name from “My Hotel(s)/Organization(s)” under My Admin Actions
Now 1st you can see that in my example “EmployeeOne” is General Manager as well as INES Administrator, 2nd Hotel Name is “Novotel Ahmedabad, IN” and last 3rd Click on “Manage Services” from “Recruitment” under Talent Acquisition.
Here there might be possibility that you were not able to find employees in the “Recruiter” list:
Possible ways to resolve this issue:
As below you can see that by default system will allow only 10 employees names in the list.
So, you can try typing a few letters of the employee's name to filter the list of possible recruiters because system will limited by default at 10 employees name only.
If the employee's name is still not showing in the list, it may be for two reasons:
1. That person is not registered in INES for same Hotel/Corporate --> check if the person has received the invitation link and if not invite them again (by following this FAQ), and then verify them.
*As per above example, if employee is not registered him/her self in “Novotel Ahmedabad, IN” then you may not find the name of the employee in the dropdown list.
2. That person has registered but has not been verified --> To check whether employee is verified or not follow below step by steps
Login as a General Manager/INES Administrator into My Heartist Portal >> Click on “My Employees’ Position” tab from My Admin Actions
From the Pending Verifications tab search for an employee >> Check and click on Validate icon as shown below and verify that person.
