Your Employee access is your unique identifier within Accor and is the key to unlock many services within the Group. It can be provided by your organization/hotel or you can create one by yourself through INES or AccorLive.
Note that an Accor Employee access looks like an email address but is not necessarily associated to an individual mailbox.
Examples of Employee Access :
- john.doe@accor.com (individual mailbox provided by your IT)
- jane.doe@myaccor.com (account without mailbox provided by INES or AccorLive)
Generic email address (such as h1234@brand.com) or email alias (jeff.doe@brand.com, redirecting to h1234-gm@brand.com) are not Employee Accesses suitable for INES.
