I have a generic email address (eg "H1234@brand.com"), how do I access INES?

You should use the self-registration process (by clicking "Start Registration" upon receiving an invitation link) and indicate a personal email address when prompted to do so. Later, once your access is validated by your General Manager or INES Administrator, you will be able to indicate your "H1234@brand.com" email as a professional email address.
