*Please note that the prerequisite for creating a cluster is that the user must have a Power User role.

Login into Docebo as a SuperAdmin >> Click on Users tab under Admin Menu
Search the User and Click on Edit
Check if the user has a Power User Profile
On the Power User menu search the user for whom you want to create a cluster and click on Assign resources
Select the User and Click on Assign Resources 
Select the Branches and Click on Next
Select the Hotel(s), Check the on box(es) and Click on Assign
To check the clusters assigned to the user, go to Power Users tab and search for the user and Click on the user profile
Under the Assigned Resources tab, Click on Branches to see the cluster hotels
