Login into INES/My Heartist Portal >> Click on your Hotel name under “My Admin Actions” >> “My HOTEL(S)/ORGANIZATION(S)”.
After that go to the "Available Services" section to see which services your hotel has. Next to Learn your way click on "Manage services" in order to add a role to the user.
In the manage role page you will be able to add the required Role to the user from your organization.
