1. Schedule Automatic Reports
 

Login into My Heartist Portal as a L&D Admin/Specialist >> Click on Learning (Administrator Tools) tab under My Learning


Click on Home tab from Administrator Dashboard



Click on Report Name Hyperlink as per your need:
 

       - For Example, here we are using “Billing Follow-up report: by Assignments”


1.1 Select the filters accordingly for which you want to extract the data.



1.2 Click on Action button

1.3 Click on Schedule



1.4 Click on Output tab

1.5 Click on Add Destination

1.6 In the To column enter the email address to which you want to receive the email notification that will contain the link/attachment to download the report.

 

You can also include a message in your email or copy others if you need to.



1.7 Click on Schedule tab.

1.8 Under Define schedule time, you can select the frequency of the report (Once, Hourly/Minute, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually, Specific Dates)

1.9 Select the start date and end date.

1.10 Click on Submit, the reports will be scheduled accordingly. 



2. Check the History of the reports you have scheduled

Click on Home tab from Administrator Dashboard



Click on Report Name Hyperlink as per your need:
 

        - For Example, here we are using “Billing Follow-up report: by Assignments”



2.1 Click on Action button

2.2 Click on Job History



2.3 Choose the filters and click on search.

2.4 Under the Report Job Histories you will be able to see all the reports history.
