Impact on Goals Setting 2021 further to the closing date:

  • The Goal Plan for the past Review Period will remain visible.
  • Employee may still create and submit past Review Period goals, however, if validated by the manager, it will not trigger the creation of a performance document or appear/be updated in a previously validated performance document.
  • Manager may still create past Review Period goals for their employee; however, it will not trigger the creation of a performance document or appear/be updated in a previously validated performance document.
  • To sum-up, if the Goal Plan from the past Review Period is validated after the closing date, the past Review Period Performance Document won't be initiated automatically, and it will not be possible to initiate it manually

Impact on Performance Evaluation (Goals & Without Goals) After the closing date:

  • If the Performance Document from the past Review Period (End of the Year Wrap-up with Goals & without Goals) has been initiated before the closing date, regardless of step on which the employee currently is, he/she can still finish it after the closing.
  • If the Performance Document (End of the Year Wrap-up with Goals & without Goals) has NOT been initiated before the closing date, it will not be possible to initiate it after the closing date.
