Connect to INES and go to "Learning" > "Learning (Administator tools)"
On the "Learners" tab click on "Learning Assignments" to search learning assignments by learners
Enter the employee’s name, click on "Search" and select the line of the requested assignment
(select the line with "Learning Item Type" = "Course")
Then click on "View" and "About This Record"
In the popup that opens you are able to see who created the request
