To know how a L&D specialist and L&D administrator can assign training to all employees of a hotel through mass actions.
Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on "Learning(Administrator tools)" from My Learning tab.
Click on "Offerings" to search the offering that you want to create enrollments
Search the offering using the search filter criterias then select the line of the offering and click on "Learners"
Click on "Add Learners" and select the assignment type from the list : "Voluntary", "Required", "Recommendation"
Fill in the enrollment details and click on "Next"
Click on "Add" and "Person Criteria" to select learners
Use the filter "Business Unit" to search your Hotel. You can also use the advanced seach by using the "Search" link
Once the hotel has been selected click on "Use Current Criteria" and tick "Use current criteria for this assignment only" and enter a "Learner Criteria Name"
If you want to check the population according to the criteria you have selected, you can click on the name of the search. After checking click on "Next"
Click on "Submit" to complete the enrollment
