Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on "Learning(Administrator tools)" from My Learning.
Click on “Learning Assignments” from Learners
Click on "Advanced"
In this screen, as you can see, search can be done on the basis of all the Fields visible.
To search Based on the Business Unit, click the drop down list, and click "Search"
Enter the term you want to search, and then click search.
Click OK, and click Search in the Main search screen.
You can View the list of Learners and their details.
To filter on only the Completed or Withdrawn Learner, in the search criteria, select Assignment Status : Completed or Withdrawn.
To export this list of users, click on the icon "Export to Excel" between Format and Add Learners in the menu bar.
