As a Learning & Development Specialist you can view all learners currently enrolled in the offering from Learner's Assignment page.
You can easily change learner's assignment status like you can Withdraw a learner's enrollment, you can manually set the status of a learner to Completed, etc.
You can track and control the progress of learners with Assignment Statuses by following below step by steps:
Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on Learning (Administrator Tools) from My Learning tab
Select Learning Assignments tab from Learners
Click on the "Change status" button.
*Note:- The statuses available in the drop-down list depend on the current status of the assignment.
Bypass and Approve: Indicates that the learning request is approved and pending activation by an administrator.
Activate Assignment: Indicates that an assignment request is activated by the administrator. The assignment is waiting to start.
Bypass and Complete: Indicates that all required learning items have been completed. The application automatically sets the status of the assignment to Completed. You can also define it manually. You cannot cancel the change once it has received the status Completed or any other status.
Withdraw Learners: Indicates that the learner is withdrawn from the enrollment of the learning item. A withdrawal is possible for those learners whose assignment status is either Not Started or In Progress.
Wave Prerequisites: Indicates that learners in this assignment do not have to meet the required prerequisites before starting this offer.
Delete Assignment: Indicates that the assignment request is deleted.
Bypass and Reject: Indicates that the learning request is rejected.
Waitlisted: Indicates that the learner is on the waiting list of the offering, because it is at capacity.
Pending Active: Indicates the learner can't yet start any of the learning item's components.
Undo Complete: Indicates that the assignment has been completely cancelled
Undo Bypass Complete: Undo accidental or unwanted Bypass and Complete actions for courses and specializations. This option is only available at root level page for items that are in a Bypass Complete status.
