This functionality forces to send the form to the next step, especially when the Manager or his employee is not available.
Please find below a step by step:
1) Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on Performance tab under My Action as T&C
2) The task "Performance Documents" is now available:
3) To search a performance document, the Review Period, Performance Document Name (Mandatory) and Employee Name/Manager Name/Department have to be filled in the search criteria:
You can see the current task being performed.
4) It is mandatory to fill the "Current Task" in the search criteria before trying to click on "Move Task Forward" in the "Actions" menu:
5) 1st You can select the reason why you performed this action but it is not mandatory, 2nd you need to select the Move forward task and 3rd When you are ready, you can click on "Submit":
6) The move is directly effective and the "Current Steps" is then updated:
