Yes the potential level and the Overall Peformance Rating will be adjusted according to the new position in the 12 box. But the Peformance details in the Performance Document won't be adjusted. INES allows to keep track of both.
When a Talent is recalibrated in the 12 box, does her potential and performance review details adjust to reflect the change in her 12 box calibration?
