To create a Succession Plan you need to go the 'Succession Plan' section. Succession planning is when we identify a potential person(s) that could replace the existing incumbent. A succession plan is optional but strongly recommended for key positions and key Talent. Proactive Succession Plan focuses on: fill critical roles, retain Star Talent and Create Career Path.
To to create a Succession Plan you need to:
1- Connect to the Talent Management Platform
2- Click 'Guide Me'
3- Click 'TM - Talent Management Specialist'
4- Click 'How to create a Succession Plan?'

Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on Succession Planning tab under My Action as T&C
Click on +Add button
Here you can Create Succession Plan by filling all the details and then Save and Close.
