Please find below a step by step:
1) Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on Manage Goals tab under My Action as T&C
2) Click on the task "Goal Plan"
3) To Manage the Goal Plan, please select the correct review period and click on the Goal Plan name hyperlink
4) Here you can edit the Goal Plan by clicking on the “Edit” button.
