Please find below a step by step:

1) Login into My Heartist Portal >> Click on Performance tab under My Action as T&C

 2) Click on the task "Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents":

3) Click on “+Add” button >>

 Here you can perform all the mass actions like Cancel Performance Document, Complete Performance Documents, Create Performance Documents, Delete Performance Documents, Mass Print Performance Documents and Change Current Task
